We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our digital marketing efforts.
This full-time, remote role (UK-based) involves executing content strategies, managing influencer collaborations, and ensuring the smooth operation of social media and brand campaigns.

Responsibilities:
- Execute social media content plans: schedule, post, and monitor engagement on Instagram and TikTok.
- Research and identify new influencers aligned with brand values and target audiences.
- Assist in managing talent: outreach, contracts, content approvals, invoicing, and reporting.
- Support execution of both paid and organic campaigns.
- Analyze performance data to refine strategy and boost engagement.
- Support and help grow the Student Ambassador Program.
- Maintain content calendars in alignment with brand guidelines.
- Assist with logistics of events, talent bookings, and brand collaborations.
- Monitor social media trends and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management, talent coordination, or influencer marketing.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and scheduling tools.
- Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Tagger).
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
- Proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience in lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or entertainment; existing influencer/agent relationships.
