Aurora’s Product and Development Operations team is making the technology of the future a reality. We are at the fore-front of technology, providing thought partnership to product, operations & engineering and ensuring commercial operations capabilities are delivered on time, safely and efficiently.
We are looking for a Pittsburgh based Manager – Product Operations Planning to join our team and oversee the coordination and planning of all on-site Verification and Validation (V&V) activities. In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure on-site V&V activities are delivered, develop & deliver our testing strategy and lead a team of Product Operations Program managers, overseeing and coordinating day-to-day development activities. If you have experience leading teams, can navigate through complex project landscapes, champion problem-solving, communicate clearly, and juggle various priorities in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you!

The base salary range for this position is $129-$207K per year. Aurora’s pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, the successful candidate’s starting base pay will be determined based on factors including job-related skills, experience, qualifications, relevant education or training, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. The successful candidate will also be eligible for an annual bonus, equity compensation, and benefits.
