Description of the offer
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Software Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in software development, problem-solving, and collaboration. You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions that meet business and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, reliable, and secure software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA, DevOps) to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing systems to ensure performance and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and processes.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle—from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
- Ensure software meets security, compliance, and performance standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and/or back-end frameworks (Spring, Node.js, .NET, Django, etc.).
- Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
