Job Overview
We’re seeking a Junior Software Developer to join our engineering team and help build the future of AI-driven customer engagement. You’ll work closely with senior engineers to maintain, improve, and develop new features across our core products—including Laravel backend APIs, Vue frontends, and AI-integrated services.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with senior developers to design, build, and maintain backend services and front-end interfaces.
- Assist in writing clean, maintainable code primarily in PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript (Vue.js).
- Debug issues and resolve bugs in a timely manner.
- Work on database design and queries using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning with the team.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure application reliability.
- Contribute to the implementation of AI-driven features (e.g., message generation, voice note personalization).
- Work with APIs from platforms like Twilio, OpenAI, and HubSpot.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of professional or internship experience in software development.
- Proficiency in PHP and/or JavaScript, or a strong desire to learn.
- Familiarity with one or more of the following: Laravel, Vue.js, Tailwind CSS.
- Basic understanding of Git, REST APIs, and relational databases.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn from senior team members.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced remote team environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with native mobile apps (Swift/Kotlin)
- Experience with OpenAI, Twilio, or HubSpot APIs.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices or cloud platforms like AWS or Vercel.
- Previous exposure to CRM systems or lead engagement workflows.
- Interest in AI, automation, or customer engagement technologies.
