We’re looking for a tech-savvy, resourceful, and hands-on IT Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. You’ll manage and improve the IT systems that keep our global team running smoothly — from device management and security compliance to troubleshooting, onboarding, and tech optimization.

You’ll work cross-functionally with our People, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure Entrupy’s technology infrastructure is secure, efficient, and ready to scale.

What you’ll do:

• Device Management & Security
  • Manage setup, deployment, and maintenance of employee laptops (macOS primarily) using Kandji MDM.
  • Oversee FileVault, OS updates, and compliance with internal security policies.
  • Support SSO, MFA, and access management across Google Workspace, Slack, and other company tools.
  • Collaborate with security teams on regular audits, patch management, and threat response.
• Systems & Tools Administration
  • Maintain core SaaS systems (Google Workspace, Fireflies, Zoom, etc.).
  • Manage provisioning and de-provisioning processes for new hires and terminations.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity, hardware, and software issues for global users across the US, India, and Japan.
  • Work with vendors to streamline renewals, licenses, and integrations.
• User Support & Training
• • Serve as the first point of contact for IT-related questions, guiding employees through solutions in a calm and supportive way.
  • Create clear internal documentation and quick guides to make tech simple and accessible.
  • Support hybrid event setups, company all-hands, and remote collaboration tools.
• Infrastructure & Optimization
  • Identify and implement improvements to make IT operations more efficient.
  • Support automation and workflow improvements (device tracking, ticketing, asset inventory).
  • Partner with leadership on scaling IT for future growth, including exploring enterprise solutions as we expand.

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5+ years of hands-on IT experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Strong command of macOS, MDM tools (especially Kandji or Jamf), and Google Workspace administration.
• Comfort with SaaS ecosystems, SSO/MFA, and basic networking fundamentals.
• Experience supporting globally distributed teams and remote collaboration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills — you enjoy helping people and making tech approachable.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Bonus: Experience with automation tools, scripting, or light system integrations.
