Creative Services:
● Treatment /deck design across content and experiential
● Image research & generation. Create photoshop comps.
● Provide polish on treatments after freelance designers are no longer engaged on projects. Goal is to visually plus up the treatment and position us for winning projects.
● Supporting directors and the content/experience teams in establishing a visual look for treatments; conveying the aesthetic and spirit of our creative approach.

● Helping present the projects in a visually interesting way to capture client attention on the Tool website
Tool Branding:
● Lead design of sales decks & supporting sales materials
● Maintaining consistent Tool branding across key touch points: Newsletter, Email Signature, Signage Around Office & For Production Teams, Events & Event Invites.
Social Media; Newsletter:

● Create engaging social media content via platforms that include, but may not be limited to Instagram, FB and LinkedIn
● Designing, editing and shooting compelling content that increase engagement and viewership of our social media posts
● Develop creative strategies to increase followers & engagement
● Providing analytics and insights to improve social media and newsletter performance
PR:
● Providing creative assets for projects (e.g., images for LinkedIn paid media & early cuts of spots).
Pay Range: $65-$85 Annually
