The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Head of Growth & Co-Founder to join our founding team and drive our go-to-market strategy. This is a unique opportunity to build something transformative from the ground up while securing meaningful equity in a company positioned to disrupt the $300B+ venture capital industry.

What You’ll Do
Lead Go-to-Market Strategy: Take our proven MVP from development to market, acquiring our first paying investor customers
Drive Revenue Growth: Build and execute comprehensive growth strategies to scale from MVP to significant recurring revenue
Build Sales & Marketing: Develop AI-powered lead generation systems and conversion funnels targeting VCs, angel investors, and institutional investors
Shape Product Direction: Work closely with our technical team to ensure product-market fit based on customer feedback and market insights
Scale the Team: Recruit and build a world-class growth team as we expand

What We’re Looking For
AI Tool Obsession: Deep passion for and hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms
AI-Led Lead Generation Success: Proven track record of using AI for successful lead generation and customer acquisition
Startup Building Experience: History of building and scaling startups, preferably B2B SaaS
Investor Network: Strong connections and relationships within the venture capital and angel investor community
Growth Expertise: 5+ years of growth marketing, sales, or business development experience with measurable results
