Own the entire creative direction for 3 growing Swiss ventures

Do you want to create the branding for challenging ventures in AI tech and hospitality?
 Do you want a long-term relationship with an honest and serious Swiss company? Are you based in Europe? Then this job might be for you.

We are the bold & properties venture group, a Swiss group with 3 growing companies:

• novac-solutions.com – a real estate company (see example video)
• ailean.io – AI SaaS for real estate and hospitality
• hostz.io – a hospitality operations company

   

All three companies are growing. But we have one problem: We need someone to take full ownership of branding and creative across all of them.

We don’t want to hire separate freelancers for each project. Our CEOs don’t have time to instruct or manage multiple creatives.

We need one person: YOU who owns the creative direction, talks to our CEOs on eye level, thinks independently, and delivers.


✅ How it should go: Example: ailean.io needs a new brand design.

You study the market, draw inspiration from top AI startups, understand our customers, and come up with your own concept.You create brand guidelines, a new landing page, pitch deck templates, and even run workshops with our UI/UX designer and CTO to implement the brand into the product.You lead the process, make the decisions, and speak with the CEO only a few times to confirm overall direction.

You ask: “What do you want? A or B? What font should I use? Is this image okay? Can you write the copy?” You wait for instructions. You rely on feedback. You’re not in charge.

Also important:

We’re not just talking visuals, we also mean storytelling and text.

You don’t just design the pitch deck, you write it.

You decide: What words do we use? (How do we explain the product clearly)

✅ What you bring:

• You’ve led the branding for an entire company or product. Ideally a known or funded European startup (not something small like a café or gym…).

  You’ve worked directly with CEOs and know how to communicate on eye level

• You have excellent English, both written and spoken

You’re experienced and skilled in:


• Brand strategy & visual identity
• Graphic design (Figma, Adobe Suite)
• UI/UX & product design
• Copywriting for landing pages & decks
• Web design (landing pages, structure, no-code tools)
• Creative direction (photo/video, campaigns)
