In this role you will lead growth initiatives across Mill’s consumer product experience, driving sustainable revenue growth and customer lifetime value through strategic experimentation, product optimization, and data-driven decision making. You’ll own key growth levers including pricing strategy, conversion optimization, and new feature adoption. You’ll partner closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to identify opportunities, run experiments, and scale what works across the customer journey.
This role is based out of our San Bruno location and in-office 2 days/week.
The estimated base salary range for this position is $195k to $245k, which does not include any benefits or equity. Various factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, training, licensure and certifications, and business and organizational needs.
