Role Summary

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Topline Pro, you’ll own our outbound marketing engine—building and optimizing systems that generate high-quality leads and convert prospects into customers. You’ll focus on campaign delivery, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration—working closely with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to ensure aligned messaging and measurable outcomes. You’ll take an AI-first approach—solidifying what works today while unlocking new ways to scale personalization, automation, and efficiency across the email channel. ⚡ What you’ll do

  • Own and evolve our outbound marketing strategy—revamping infrastructure and building scalable, performance-driven programs.
  • Lead execution of outbound email campaigns with experimentation frameworks and full-funnel performance tracking.
  • Diagnose and fix funnel leaks using data-backed insights—supporting lead nurturing and conversion from first touch through close.
  • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align on ICP, messaging, and campaign timing.
  • Design systems and processes for scalable, automated outreach, improving the speed and quality of execution.
  • Run always-on lead-nurturing programs—spanning outbound, retargeting, and remarketing—and partner on intersecting inbound efforts to unify our email engine.
  • Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach at scale—using dynamic tokens, video demos, and automated content to boost reply rates and efficiency.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years of total marketing experience, including 2+ in growth, lifecycle, or performance roles
  • Demonstrated success running outbound email campaigns that drive pipeline results
  • Experience setting up A/B tests and interpreting key performance metrics (e.g., open, click, reply, and meeting-booked rates)
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LemList, Instantly, Apollo, or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, and Marketing to align strategy and measure impact.
  • Excellent written communication skills and eye for strong outbound messaging
  • Experience supporting a high-velocity sales team in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with email deliverability, enrichment tools (ex. Clay), or AI personalization
  • Bonus: Familiarity with enrichment tools, AI personalization, and email domain health—including setting up new domains and ensuring high deliverability rates

  • Excited to help shape Topline Pro’s outbound foundation and bring creative ideas to life through AI tools, automation, and experimentation.

Your First 90 Days

  • Audit and assess current outbound campaigns and tools
  • Launch 1–2 optimized outbound sequences with early performance wins
  • Set up an A/B testing process and begin tracking key KPIs
  • Recommend 1–2 campaign or funnel improvements with supporting data
  • Establish a workflow rhythm with Sales and RevOps
  • Launch at least one creative outbound play (e.g., video or AI-personalized outreach)
  • Build strong working relationships across Sales, RevOps, and Marketing

Hiring Process

  • Recruiter Screen (30 min): A chance to learn more about Topline Pro and tell us about your goals and background.
  • Hiring Manager Screen (30 min): Meet with your potential manager to go deeper into your experience and approach.
  • Case Study & Presentation (45 min): You’ll complete a short exercise to assess your ability to craft compelling sequences, lead campaign strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to generate measurable impact.
  • Onsite Interview (2 hours): Meet cross-functional stakeholders from Operations, Sales, and Marketing. We’ll focus on collaboration, ownership, and problem-solving.
  • Cofounders Screen (1 hour): Speak with both of our cofounders to talk mission, motivation, and where we’re headed next.
