Role Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join XDOTG’s creative team and develop high-impact visuals for a prominent esports team (game and team to be disclosed). In this junior to mid-level role, you will design engaging content across social media, livestreams, and marketing campaigns that bring the team’s brand and story to life. You’ll work closely with social and production teams to create graphics that align with key moments, announcements, and partnerships. This is a full-time contractor position, offering the flexibility of remote work while contributing to one of the most exciting teams in competitive gaming.

Responsibilities

• Design social media assets for match days, announcements, and partnerships
• Create templates for ongoing content series (player highlights, stats, results, etc.)
• Collaborate with social and content teams to maintain a consistent visual identity
• Deliver motion and static graphics optimized for multiple platforms
• Stay aligned with brand guidelines while keeping designs fresh and relevant
• Participate in brainstorms to develop new creative concepts and styles
• Manage deliverables and revisions across multiple campaigns and time zones

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in gaming or esports
• Strong portfolio showcasing social and digital design work
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) or Canva
• Understanding of layout, typography, and brand storytelling
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects at once
• Passionate about gaming culture, social trends, and visual innovation

Bonus Skills

• Motion graphics or video editing experience
• Familiarity with 3D tools (Blender, Cinema 4D)
• Experience designing for Twitch, YouTube, or other livestream formats
