Role Overview

We’re looking for a versatile and creative Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll create visually compelling assets across a range of digital formats—with a primary focus on email. While experience with email marketing is a plus, it’s not required—we’ll teach you the strategy. What we’re looking for is a design-forward thinker with a great eye, strong fundamentals, and the ability to bring a brand’s visual identity to life in a way that’s both beautiful and performance-minded.

What You’ll Do

• Design digital assets, with a primary focus on email campaigns for leading e-commerce and DTC brands.
• Collaborate with strategists and copywriters to bring marketing concepts to life through clean, modern design.
• Translate brand guidelines into thoughtful and engaging visual systems.
• Iterate on design performance with feedback and testing insights.
• Create responsive designs that work beautifully across mobile and desktop.
• Stay organized, keeping Figma and Photoshop files tidy, up-to-date, and ready for development handoff.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of design experience, ideally working in digital, brand, or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in Figma and Photoshop (Adobe Creative Suite skills beyond that are a plus).
• Strong grasp of typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• A sharp, modern aesthetic with the ability to adapt across brand styles.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Bonus: experience with animation, motion graphics, or basic HTML/CSS.
• Bonus: exposure to Klaviyo, email marketing, or e-commerce workflows.
