• Experience: 5–8+ years of proven full-stack engineering experience.
• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Core Skills: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and software architecture.
• AI Tools: Comfortable using tools like Cursor, Claude, and other AI technologies to accelerate development.
• Mindset:
  • Ownership-driven, responsible, and product-oriented.
  • Passionate about solving problems and building elegant solutions.
  • Strong communicator, fluent in English.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and eager to grow with us.

Exclusive Contract

This is a strictly exclusive contract. While you are working with us, you cannot work for any other company, agency, or client. We want engineers who are fully committed to our projects and our clients.

Our Hiring Process

We welcome and encourage the use of AI in your daily work, but we need to know that you are the expert behind the wheel. That’s why we follow a rigorous interview process:

1. Technical Interview: Screen share required, camera on. We’ll test your knowledge of architecture, design patterns, and technology-specific expertise.
2. Live Coding Interview: You will build a feature from scratch without AI assistance so we can verify your skill level and independence.
3. Final Interview: Culture and team fit discussion.

Requirements Summary
