Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Web Designer to partner with us as an independent contractor on an ongoing basis. This role is ideal for a designer who operates their own business and is interested in a long-term collaborative relationship with a growing creative agency.

The Web Designer will support a range of web design initiatives, including creating and refining visually compelling, functional, and brand-aligned websites. Responsibilities may include designing website layouts, ensuring responsive design standards, and implementing front-end features that enhance usability and performance.

This role involves regular collaboration with our creative and marketing teams to ensure design work aligns with broader brand strategies, marketing objectives, and client goals. While collaboration is an important part of the partnership, the contractor retains discretion over their workflow, schedule, and methods of execution.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Web Design and Responsive Web Design principles
• Advanced experience in Graphic Design and modern design tools
• Working knowledge of Front-End Development and implementing interactive website features
• Ability to create intuitive, engaging, and brand-aligned user experiences
• Strong communication skills and comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in digital marketing, branding, or conversion-focused design is a plus
