We’re looking for a Head of Product with deep experience shipping cross-border payment products built on stablecoins. You understand the nuance of designing compliant, reliable, multi-currency stablecoin flows—and how to abstract crypto complexity for end users.

What You’ll Do
Define the Cross-Border Product Strategy

• Own product direction for our stablecoin-based cross-border payments stack: sending, receiving, FX handling, on/off-ramping, and settlement across markets.
• Develop a product roadmap that aligns with customer needs (B2B payments, global payroll, vendor payouts, marketplace flows) and technical feasibility across multiple blockchain networks and jurisdictions.

Design payment flows that enable:

• Stablecoin payouts to local wallets or bank accounts
• FX transparency and real-time pricing via on-chain/off-chain liquidity
• Automated routing based on speed, cost, and reliability
• Local compliance per payment corridor: KYB/KYC, AML, transaction screening
• Interface with ecosystem partners: off-ramp providers, liquidity venues, local PSPs, custodians, and compliance providers.

Developer-Focused Experience

• Own API-first products that enable FIs to integrate global payouts and remittances with minimal lift.
• Simplify developer UX: fiat-to-stablecoin abstraction, webhook-based confirmations, smart retries, payment tracking, and clear failure states.

Team and Leadership

• Drive a cross-functional process that aligns engineering, partnerships, legal, and customer success on delivery timelines and feedback loops.
• Over time you will be required to hire, mentor, and lead a small but high-caliber product team.

You Might Be a Fit If You Have

• 8+ years of product experience, with 2+ years specifically owning cross-border payments – stablecoin and/or crypto payments a significant plus.
• Shipped products in:
• Remittances or global B2B payments
• Multi-currency wallet and/or global payout APIs
• Settlement on and off chain and FX conversion
• Understanding of global financial regulation, including local payout restrictions, AML, and cross-border licensing constraints.
• Deep technical collaboration experience—working with engineering on chain selection, gas fees, liquidity routing, bridging, and wallet design.
• Built infrastructure or products that abstract volatility, manage FX risk, and ensure payment traceability for users and enterprises.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating with payment partners in LATAM, Africa, SEA, or MENA corridors
• Familiarity with EVM chains, Solana, or layer 2s as they relate to cost and speed tradeoffs
• Experience building compliance-first financial tooling (e.g., for licensed MSBs, EMI-licensed fintechs)
• Prior founder or 0→1 product experience in fintech or crypto infra
