We are seeking a Founding AI Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for building and scaling sophisticated LLM-powered agents that handle complex customer support tickets from start to finish. This is a high-impact role where you will work directly with the founders, own core systems, and build AI infrastructure from the ground up. The ideal candidate is an extremely product-minded individual who values shipping fast, obsessively thinks about the end user, and is committed to owning outcomes.

Requirements

• A strong Computer Science background is mandatory; this requires either a degree from a top-tier school or dropout with proof of work.
• This is a non-negotiable requirement: You MUST have founded something previously (this can be a fashion brand, e-commerce store, community, etc.—just something). Additionally, you must be under 25 years old to fit our current team culture.
• It is required that you have built side projects or shipped real products before or during college.
• You must have a proven track record of shipping AI systems into production.
• Strong proficiency in Python is a strict requirement, as our entire stack is Python-based.
• You must be physically located in San Francisco or be willing to relocate immediately. This is an on-site only position.
