Architect the GTM: Design and execute a multi-pronged Go-to-Market strategy, from high-velocity sales for individual agents to strategic, complex sales for large brokerages and enterprise accounts.

Be the First on the Field: You will be our first and most effective salesperson. You’ll personally close our first 10, 50, and 100 customers, creating the playbook that will become the foundation of our sales organization.

Build Your Machine: Attract, hire, and lead a world-class sales organization from the ground up. You will define the culture, the process, and the standard for excellence.

Shape the Company: As a co-founder, you will have a critical voice in all strategic decisions, from fundraising and product roadmap to company culture and market positioning.

Master the Funnel: Collaborate directly with our Growth and Marketing leaders to turn our 200+ beta users into our first paying customers and passionate evangelists.
