Media Buyer (Meta Ads) – Lead Generation | Full-Time, Remote

We are hiring a Media Buyer who specializes in Facebook & Instagram (Meta) ads for lead generation.

You will be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns so our clients get a steady flow of qualified leads. You’ll work closely with our creative and account teams and take full ownership of performance.

What you’ll do

• Set up and manage Meta lead generation campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
• Build and test audiences, retargeting, and lookalike audiences
• Manage and check the Meta pixel and basic tracking
• Write clear, persuasive ad copy for ads and lead forms
• Collaborate with our design and video teams on new creatives
• Monitor key metrics (CPL, CTR, conversion rate, etc.) and optimize campaigns
• Prepare simple weekly reports with results and next steps

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience running Meta ads for lead generation
• Strong skills in audience targeting, retargeting, and optimization
• Hands-on experience with Meta pixel and event tracking
• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
• Strong copywriting skills for ads
• Comfortable using tools like Slack, Trello/ClickUp, a CRM, and AI tools
• You currently have a Meta ad account in your name that you manage

Nice to have (not required):

• Experience in fitness, health, or local service niches
• Experience with Go High Level or similar CRMs
