Description of the offer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Event and Partnership Manager to lead event planning and execution while developing strategic partnerships.

This individual will enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. The role demands strong organization, creativity, and relationship-building expertise.

*To Note: Salary range (45,000 – 55,000) is in GBP*

Responsibilities:

Event Management:

  • Lead the planning and execution of samplings, Celsius-owned events, and consumer shows.
  • Coordinate with distribution partners on branded trade and hospitality assets.
  • Align event strategies with brand goals and objectives.
  • Manage logistics including vendors, budgets, venues, and on-site execution.
  • Oversee marketing for events including registration and sponsorships.
  • Analyze event success and implement continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate with Influencer, Community, and Social Media Managers to ensure visibility and ambassador engagement.

Partnership Development:

  • Source and cultivate new partnerships and sponsorships.
  • Negotiate contracts ensuring mutual value and ROI.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop campaigns.
  • Manage ongoing partner relationships to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Identify trends and scout for new partnership opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in event planning and partnership management preferred.
  • Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.
  • Experience with budgets, vendor coordination, and contracts.
  • Proactive, independent, and team-oriented.
  • Driving license required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • FMCG sector experience.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and event promotion.
  • Established network of vendors and industry contacts.
