As Sales Lead for the U.S. Market, your mission is to engage, convert, and grow qualified opportunities. You’ll work directly with warm leads—companies already exploring how to improve their logistics stack—and guide them through a consultative sales process that ends in clear ROI and long-term success with Nauta.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and exceed sales targets by converting qualified leads into customers
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify key logistics challenges and map them to Nauta’s solutions
  • Deliver compelling platform demos tailored to importer, logistics, and supply chain use cases
  • Collaborate with onboarding and operations to ensure a frictionless client handoff and fast time-to-value
  • Provide structured feedback to marketing, product, and leadership to shape GTM and roadmap decisions
  • Represent Nauta in U.S. logistics webinars, events, and key customer meetings Maintain clear CRM hygiene in HubSpot and contribute to accurate forecasting

You’re a Great Fit If You:

  • Have experience in B2B sales, ideally with mid-market or enterprise clients
  • Understand complex sales cycles and are confident selling to operations, logistics, or procurement leaders.
  • Are a strong communicator and excellent at translating tech value into business outcomes
  • Can lead solution-focused conversations with multiple stakeholders across the buying committee
  • Are hands-on with HubSpot or similar CRMs, and comfortable working within structured pipelines
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments where ownership and results matter

Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience selling in logistics, trade, or supply chain tech
  • Are familiar with terms like demurrage, BL, or PO consolidation
