At Omni Advertising, we’re seeking a detail-oriented Digital Marketing Web and SEO Specialist to keep our clients’ digital presence performing at its best. Accuracy, organization, and the ability to work confidently across multiple platforms are essential in this role because you will manage website updates, execute SEO initiatives, handle technical site tasks, maintain local listings, and support database email deployments.

Our clients rely on clean, accurate, compliant, and optimized websites. This role keeps that foundation strong, improves traffic and conversions, and directly supports both SEO growth and monthly performance outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Install and update web banners, new vehicle and service specials, redirects, layouts, disclaimers, and compliance items across dealer websites.
  • Manage database email blast setup, QA, and deployment across several CRM systems.
  • Maintain Google Business Profiles, Bing Places, and other local listings, and resolve any issues tied to accuracy or visibility.
  • Conduct visual and technical SEO audits, implement improvements, and optimize metadata, content, links, and landing pages.
  • Monitor SEO and website performance using SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console, and related tools, and prepare insights for internal teams.
  • Develop content using keyword research to guide, leveraging AI to generate content, fact-checking, optimization, and CMS installation.
  • Troubleshoot site issues with website providers, work inside OEM platforms like Adobe Experience Manager, and handle ongoing website maintenance requests.
  • Upload and manage YouTube content, support performance reporting, and ensure all dealer sites remain current, clean, compliant, and optimized.

Requirements:

  • Two to four years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or website management.
  • Understand SEO fundamentals and technical site structure, identify and implement site improvements, and be comfortable with SEMrush, GA4, and GSC.
  • Familiar with CMS platforms and have basic skills in HTML, CSS, or Javascript. (Dealer Inspire, , Dealer eProcess, DealerOn)
  • Familiar with CRM tools and ability to build database list, schedule, and deploy email promotions. (eLead, VinSolutions, DealerSocket, DriveCentric)
  • Strong communication skills, organization, and the ability to manage recurring tasks across many dealerships are essential.
