As the demand generation specialist, you will report directly to the VP of Growth and collaborate across the marketing, sales and product teams to reach our future customers.

You will: Help Castellum.AI reach future customers in the financial services space and own and optimize our demand generation engine. You’ll be responsible for creating, executing, and scaling multi-channel campaigns that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate revenue growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll work cross-functionally to build predictable, scalable demand generation programs.

You are: A motivated and experienced demand gen specialist that will help scale our marketing efforts.

You have: A proven track record in creating, executing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns, working cross-functionally with marketing and sales to identify priorities, and performance marketing skills to generate new leads and nurture existing leads down the funnel.

Day to Day Responsibilities:
A successful demand gen specialist will execute across the following four areas.

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels: Email, paid socials, paid search, events, etc.
  • Create and run campaigns across marketing funnel stages from awareness to MQL → SQL transition, with a focus on pipeline generation
  • Built and manage nurture and drip campaigns to convert existing MLs in our CRM at different stages of the funnel

Performance Marketing and Optimization

  • Create and optimize paid advertising campaigns across relevant B2B channels
  • Conduct A/B tests on campaigns, landing pages, ad creative and messaging to maximize conversion rates
  • Build and maintain automation workflows
  • Optimize for lead quality and conversion through qualification criteria and lead scoring models

Analytics and Reporting

  • Track, analyze and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution and ROI across demand gen activities
  • Maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics: CPL, MQL → SQL conversion, acquisition costs, etc.
  • Provide regular performance analysis to leadership

You Should Apply If You:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B demand gen marketing, preferably with experience enterprise software startups and/or in compliance or related industries;
  • Demonstrated experience across demand gen channels, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads;
  • Experience with marketing platforms such as Hubspot, LinkedIn, Google Analytics, SEMrush, 6sense, and others;
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Excellent writing and research skills and the ability to tailor written and verbal messaging to various audiences;
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; and
  • Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, business, international affairs, or a related field.

  • Team Interview: Get a sense of how we work, our culture and interact with our team members.
  • Decision: After your final interview, you’ll hear back from us within a few days.
