About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in data modeling, machine learning, and statistical analysis. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from complex data and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Build, deploy, and maintain machine learning models.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define problems and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Develop data pipelines, dashboards, and visualizations using tools like Python, SQL, and BI platforms.
Communicate findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.) and SQL.
Experience with machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised learning).
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Plotly).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
Knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Previous experience working in agile environments.
Exposure to A/B testing and experiment design.
