Description of the offer

We are seeking a Data Engineer with strong expertise in Dataform, dbt, SQL, and ETL pipeline development. You will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing our modern data stack, ensuring data reliability, scalability, and accessibility across the organization.

What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
Build and manage data models and transformations using Dataform and dbt.
Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance across multiple data sources.
Collaborate with data analysts, scientists, and business teams to enable self-serve analytics.
Optimize SQL queries and data warehouse performance.
Automate workflows and implement best practices for CI/CD in data engineering.
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Data Engineer or similar role.
Strong hands-on skills in SQL (query optimization, schema design).
Expertise in Dataform and dbt (modeling, testing, deployment).
Solid experience with ETL/ELT processes and workflow orchestration.
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.).
Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD for data projects.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have

Experience with Python for data engineering tasks.
Knowledge of data governance, observability, or monitoring tools.
Exposure to Airflow, Dagster, or similar orchestration frameworks.
Background in analytics engineering or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
