We’re iSpeedToLead — one of the fastest-growing PropTech startups in the U.S. real estate investment space. Our platform connects motivated sellers with serious investors through real-time leads. As we scale our sales team, we’re looking for a Data Analytics Expert to bring structure, clarity, and insight into our CRM and sales data.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain clear, insightful dashboards inside Zoho CRM tailored to the sales team’s needs.
• Aggregate and normalize data from multiple sources: Zoho CRM, Stripe, Google Sheets, internal tools, etc.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to understand business goals and turn them into measurable KPIs.
• Monitor data accuracy and fix inconsistencies across platforms.
• Translate raw numbers into actionable insights for sales performance and decision-making.
• Set up reports that help track revenue, lead quality, deal pipeline, rep performance, and more.
• ✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience working with Zoho CRM (must-have) — dashboards, reports, integrations.
• Strong background in data analysis, reporting, and sales ops (2+ years).
• Experience pulling and merging data from multiple tools (Stripe, Google Sheets, APIs, etc.).
• Excellent skills with formulas, pivot tables, and visual dashboards.
• Clear communication — your dashboards will be used by non-technical salespeople.
• Attention to detail, structured thinking, and love for cleaning messy data.
• Bonus: experience in sales-driven organizations or PropTech/SaaS.
