Key Responsibilities:

  • Experience with Python, Django, SQL
  • Experience with AWS infrastructure
  • Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies
  • Establish controls and procedures to protect sensitive data, including financial information and financial records.
  • Lead the cybersecurity function in the monitoring, detection, investigation, and response to security threats.
  • Design and maintain an incident response plan and disaster recovery strategy to minimize impact on operations and customer trust in the event of a security breach.
  • Manage cybersecurity awareness training for all employees to prevent security lapses and foster a culture of security.
  • Perform regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities; prioritize remediation based on risk assessment.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and operations departments to ensure cybersecurity measures align with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC2, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends, tools, and best practices to keep security measures ahead of potential threats.
  • Be able to clearly communicate with client requests

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with financial data and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality best practices
  • Experience with data visualization tools
