Our AI receptionists answer instantly, book jobs 24/7, and capture thousands in lost revenue every month. We’re building the next generation of AI-powered customer communication — combining voice AI, CRM automation, and smart scheduling — and we’re growing fast.
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who’s obsessed with helping customers win. You’ll be the trusted partner for our small business clients — ensuring they launch smoothly, see measurable ROI, and stay delighted as we scale their operations with AI.
What You’ll Do
Own customer relationships from onboarding through renewal — serving as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
Drive adoption and engagement of our AI receptionist platform, ensuring every business sees tangible value (more booked jobs, higher call coverage, better customer experience).
Guide onboarding and setup, helping clients connect calendars, CRMs, and phone systems.
Monitor performance metrics (call volume, booking rate, missed calls recovered) and proactively identify opportunities for optimization.
Collect feedback to help shape product improvements — working closely with our product and engineering teams.

Develop scalable playbooks for onboarding, retention, and expansion as we grow our customer base.
Educate and evangelize, helping customers understand how AI can transform their operations.
Who You Are
1+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Implementation, ideally in SaaS or a startup environment.
Experience working with small business clients (home service, salon/spa, healthcare, etc.) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills — you can simplify complex tech into clear, confident, human conversations.
Empathetic problem-solver who thrives on building relationships and driving measurable outcomes.
