Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, classrooms, and common areas
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors; dust and polish surfaces
Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste under safety and sanitation guidelines
Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply needs to the supervisor
Assist with minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or unclogging drains
Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning equipment and chemicals responsibly
Lock/unlock doors and secure buildings when required
Perform other custodial or facility support duties as assigned

Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous custodial, janitorial, or housekeeping experience is a plus
Ability to operate cleaning equipment (e.g., buffers, vacuums, floor scrubber
Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures
Physical ability to lift to 50 lbs., stand/walk for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and time management
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or rotating shifts as needed
