We’re seeking a CRM Manager to help us grow customer loyalty and lifetime value by managing the execution of our customer relationship strategy.

Job Overview:
As the CRM Manager at Allies of Skin, you will be responsible for strengthening the relationship between the brand and our customers through multi-channel interactions. You will execute the CRM strategy to maximize customer reach while increasing customer engagement and customer lifetime value (CLV). You will drive customer retention across email, SMS, loyalty, and other customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retention marketing and CRM tactics, and experience building long-term relationships with customers, preferably for a skincare or beauty brand.

You’ll Do

  • Consistently improve our email and SMS capabilities to deliver the best-in-class CRM strategy
  • Take full ownership of the monthly campaigns that drive CRM channel sales, while ensuring communications meet brand standards
  • Own execution of CRM programs that drive retention, business growth, and improve customer LTV
  • Partner with the Head of Customer Experience to plan and execute the CRM calendar and campaigns
  • Support the growth and evolution of the loyalty program
  • Create reports, dashboards, and analyses that measure performance and surface opportunities. Present observations and learnings of CRM campaigns and automations to key stakeholders.
  • Optimize performance of customer segments by analyzing customer cohorts and using customer insights to create and enhance relevant workflows and the customer journey
  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and the eCommerce team to inform campaigns and content that maximizes engagement and sales from customers and consumers
  • Leverage business analytics to continuously improve our capabilities and CRM performance by delivering the right message at the right time to the right customer
  • Scale the active email and SMS lists, optimize contact capture conversion
  • Adopt a test and learn approach to new digital marketing initiatives
  • Incorporate personalization into CRM campaigns and automations
  • Support Customer Service with customer requests and inquiries related to CRM as needed

You are

  • 5+ years of experience in CRM, customer activation, retention marketing, and lifecycle management
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience managing CRM programs and platforms for U.S. and international markets
  • Experience with loyalty programs a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics and Shopify
  • Hands-on skills leveraging CRM data to inform opportunities to improve customer retention
  • Experience creating customer segments, user flows, and marketing automations to grow CLV
  • Previous B2C experience required
  • Driven, self-motivated, curious, and excited to develop and grow the CRM and retention program
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, while proactively achieving goals and completing tasks on time
  • Experience in the skincare/beauty industry is ideal
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Curiosity about what’s next and a drive to make improvements and do better
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English

Locations:
Remote (NY, FL, GA or CA based)
OR
Hybrid: CA – Los Angeles (3X week in office in West Hollywood).
Working hours starting at 7 am PST, for EST and Europe time zone.
