Our 200 employees develop and distribute SaaS solutions that form a powerful customer engagement platform. This includes CRM, DXP, marketing automation, and email builder tools.

Responsibilities

You support companies in making data-driven decisions using the web analytics platform etracker, which takes data privacy seriously. In doing so, you guide them in implementing individual web analytics strategies and deploying our software solution.

You design and lead training sessions and workshops—both remotely and on-site—and help users become true analytics professionals.

As part of the etracker Academy, you actively contribute to shaping our training offerings and bring in your own ideas.

In addition, you continuously develop our knowledge base—from training materials to the underlying processes.

What We Are Looking For

Strong analytical and conceptual skills, along with a high level of customer and results orientation.

Knowledge of web technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, cookies) and ideally some initial experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Econda, Matomo, or Piwik PRO.

An excellent communicator who can present even complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way.

Team spirit, initiative, and a solution-oriented mindset.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in German, along with solid English communication skills.
