We have Product-Market Fit, Operational Readiness in the US and a massive Backlog of Resellers waiting to start. We are looking for a Commercial Co-Founder to lead our US entity, monetize our pipeline, and work together with our Dutch founder to secure strategic capital.
We are looking for someone with a true founder mindset, willing to take a bootstrapped salary until we raise our next funding round, in return for significant co-founding equity.

THE MISSION – Unlock the bottleneck!
Channel Commitment: strengthen relationships with our reseller network and secure financial commitments from early-adopters, and convert those into live sites.
Strategic Capital: Be the face of our $3-5M Seed Round, targeting private, VC and/or strategic investments from industry partners like Payment Processors.
Payments Strategy: Define and optimize the revenue mix: consider residuals, gateway fees, and SaaS margins to ensure our unit economics stay solid.
THE PROFILE – Our ideal candidate
Channel Veteran: You have deep ties to the RSPA, ETA, and the ISO/VAR ecosystem; you can get in touch with the top resellers in every state by the end of the week

Market Strategist: You understand the “Buy & Build” fatigue in the US market and know how to position Winston as the “Reseller’s Safe Haven.”
Founding Partner: You are ready to bet on yourself. You accept a founder-tier salary in exchange for significant equity and the keys to the US operation.
