We are building an AI-driven platform to transform mental health practice operations, from intelligent clinical note-taking to automated workflows that give therapists more time for care. This is a full co-founder role with a significant equity stake for someone ready to commit full-time, move at startup speed, and take the product from zero to one.

Who Should Apply

This opportunity is best suited for those who:

  • Have 5+ years of proven experience shipping production AI/ML products, ideally in NLP, LLM integration, and applied generative AI.
  • Operate with a true startup mindset — resourceful, relentless, and obsessed with execution. You thrive on turning a blank page into a working product, move faster than the problem in front of you, and treat every obstacle as fuel to push harder.
  • Able to commit full-time from the start — this is not a side project or part-time consulting role.
  • Embrace extreme ownership: you own the outcome, not just the task list.
  • Can commit to building and delivering the MVP in 30–60 days, then iterating quickly based on real-world feedback.
  • Want to work in a mission-driven culture, balancing innovation with ethical, responsible use of AI in mental health.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end technical strategy, architecture, and product development.
  • Build and deploy the MVP within 30–60 days.
  • Integrate AI/ML models (LLMs, NLP, speech-to-text) into a functional, scalable platform.
  • Make rapid, pragmatic technical decisions that get us to market fast while laying a foundation for scale.
  • Partner with the founder on product vision, roadmap, and company strategy.
  • Recruit and mentor the engineering team as the company grows.

Compensation

  • Salary: $85,000–$108,000/year in the first stage, with the expectation of an increase after funding.
  • Higher equity or salary possible for an exceptional fit with a track record of world-class execution.
