About the Role:
- Collaborate with Digital Product Manager and technical team to enhance and expand existing B2C financial product features
- Follow product roadmaps for new and existing customer digital financial solutions
- Support strategic alignment with new partner integrations
- Analyze current system capabilities and identify improvement opportunities
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable technical user stories
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical development teams
- Document and maintain detailed requirements specifications
- Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with cross-functional teams
- Track and validate feature development progress
- Perform quality assurance and user acceptance testing
- Support product iterations and provide ongoing recommendations for system improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in financial technology or similar industry
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
- Proven experience in creating and managing technical user stories
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in requirements management tools
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of financial technology products and B2C digital platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
