About the Role
We are selecting a small group of motivated individuals to train and launch their own real estate sourcing businesses.
This is a guided business-building pathway, not a W-2 job. You will be operating as an independent business owner, receiving hands-on mentorship, structure, and support as you learn to source and connect real estate buyers and sellers.
No real estate license is required.
If you’ve ever wanted to build your own business, work remotely, or break into real estate without the upfront complexity — this is a structured path where you won’t be building alone.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Learning how to find property leads and investor buyers using tools provided
- Conducting outreach and communicating with property owners & investors
- Verifying leads and preparing opportunities for closing
- Developing your business identity, workflows, & daily operating system
- Attending weekly support & strategy sessions
- Building a sustainable sourcing pipeline over time
This is a simple, structured model — your success will be based on consistency, communication, and process execution.
