As a BDR, you will work closely and directly with the Head of Growth to execute against, and refine, the sales playbook for the company. In this role, you will:
WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE FIRST 15-30-60 DAYS
By Day 15
You have been successfully onboarded and have the tools and setup needed to do your best work. You’ve met the team, and deeply understand the Values we live and breathe everyday, why we exist and the value our product delivers to our customers today. You’ve also undergone an extensive training in the principles of sales development, and have already started reaching out to prospective customers using Arya’s existing playbooks and processes.
By Day 30
You’ve dramatically scaled your activity, and have likely generated setup your first meeting for the company.
By Day 60
You deeply understand the importance of your role to the company, and have started to make the role your own. In doing so, you now see many holes in our existing playbooks and process, and have started tweaking and scaling them with great success. The result: more leads, more meetings and prospective future customers for the business.
