Range provides real-time payment intelligence, risk scoring, and compliance infrastructure for banks, wallets, stablecoin issuers, and payment platforms, enabling them to move value confidently across chains.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to accelerate Range’s sales across the stablecoin and digital payments ecosystem. As one of the first sales hires, you will work directly with the VP of Strategy & Growth to generate pipeline, develop strategic partnerships, and influence our GTM processes.

What You’ll Do

Business Development & Partnerships

  • Prospect and build relationships with decision-makers at wallets, stablecoin issuers, banks, cross-border payment providers, Layer-1/L2 foundations, and fintech infrastructure platforms.
  • Build and manage lead lists and outbound sequences.
  • Drive pipeline generation through outbound efforts, ecosystem engagement, networking events, and strategic introductions.
  • Conduct discovery calls, articulate value propositions, qualify opportunities, and advance deals.
  • Be a foundational member on the sales team and collaborate with BD leadership to create sales playbooks for team expansion.
  • Develop customized proposals, sales decks, and partnership narratives tailored to prospect needs.

Strategy & Market Intelligence

  • Analyze trends in stablecoin adoption, regulatory developments, and competitor offerings to inform GTM strategy.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine pricing models and product positioning in response to client feedback.
  • Develop partnership structures that align incentives and accelerate adoption.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate customer needs into roadmap insights.
  • Experiment with GTM strategies, evaluate performance, and optimize for scale.
  • Operate autonomously, managing multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.

What We’re Looking For

Required

5+ years in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Sales.
2+ years in Web3, crypto infrastructure, or fintech.
Demonstrated ability to drive outbound pipeline and build relationships with web3 and/or institutional clients.
Strong commercial intuition and ability to communicate technical value in business terms.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a startup environment.
Self-starter with strong organization skills
Prior experience engaging C-level and senior decision-makers.

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in stablecoins, payments, banking innovation, cross-border settlements, or compliance tooling.
  • Experience taking deals from origination to close.
  • Existing industry relationships in payments, banking, or Web3 infrastructure.
