Freelance Business Developer (U.S. Market)
Ryte Corp is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial Freelance Business Developer to expand our commercial presence in the United States. This flexible, performance-based role is ideal for an independent professional with a proven track record in healthcare business development, particularly in data analytics and AI-driven solutions for the life sciences sector.
Key Requirements
• You must currently reside in the United States. Applications from candidates outside the U.S. will not be considered.
• You have an established network of contacts within the Pharmaceutical, Biotech Medtech, and Insurance sectors in the U.S.
• You have a strong understanding of health data analytics services, including their application and value for healthcare stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients in the U.S. life sciences, medtech, and payer (insurance) markets.
• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and proposal development to deal closure.
• Understand client pain points and deliver compelling, customized value propositions using Ryte’s data and analytics platform.
• Foster long-term partnerships with key industry stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving customer needs to inform strategy.
• Liaise with Ryte’s internal teams (product, data science, medical affairs) to align go-to-market efforts with client objectives.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and market feedback.
Ideal Profile
• Minimum 3 years of business development experience in healthcare, with a focus on pharma services, health data analytics, medtech, or SaaS platforms.
• Demonstrated network and established contacts within the pharmaceutical, medtech, and insurance industries in the U.S.
• Strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare ecosystem, including pharmaceutical commercial models, payers, and market access.
• Proven ability to close B2B deals in complex, consultative sales environments.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, RWE, HEOR, or Digital Health Services is a plus.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within the U.S. for high-impact client engagements.
