PLANERGY is seeking an Automation Engineer to architect and own end to end automations across our GTM stack. You’ll design triggers, handle error flows, prototype fast, and collaborate asynchronously with a global remote team—all driven by a deep systems mindset.

What You’ll Do
• Design, build, and maintain automations across our sales and marking stack using Make.com, n8n, APIs, and webhooks
• Connect tools across sales, marketing, and ops to automate lead enrichment, outreach, reporting, and campaign workflows
• Work interactively to craft robust flows with triggers, retries, fallback logic, and performance logging
• Troubleshoot and maintain high uptime automations post launch

Tools You’ll Be Connecting
We expect deep integration skills—not mastery of each individual tool:
• Engagement & CRM: ActiveCampaign, MailerLite, SmartLead, RB2B, Heygen
• Sales Outreach & Enrichment: Apollo, Lusha, Phantombuster, LinkedIn
• Data & Logic: Airtable, Clay, Make.com, n8n
• Content & Creativity: Canva, Gamma, OpusClips, Arcade
• Scheduling & Publishing: Buffer, Veo 3

You’re a Great Fit If You…
• Have 3+ years of automation experience using Make.com, n8n, Zapier, or custom API/webhook setups
• Are fluent in APIs, JSON, and webhooks, and comfortable mapping payloads across applications
• Think in systems and modular architecture—and document your work clearly
• Build with operational safety in mind: logging, retries, and error escalation
• Thrive in async-first remote environments
• Prototype quickly and iterate fast
• Speak professional/native English
• Are smart, and enjoy working with smart people

Bonus Points For
• Experience designing error-handling, retry logic, and fallback workflows
• A portfolio or case study of well-documented automation projects
• Hands-on familiarity with agentic automation tools (e.g. ChatGPT agents, browser bots via Clay or Make)
• Contributions to internal wikis, SOP libraries, or coding standards
• A bias for shipping small, then scaling smarter
