Celsius Finland is experiencing explosive growth, and we are strengthening our field sales organization by hiring an active and driven Area Sales Manager to the Northern and West Coast region of Finland (Oulu / Vaasa / Lappi area).
We’re seeking a motivated, self-starting sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based role. You should enjoy building relationships, delivering results, and taking full ownership of your territory.
You’ll be part of a high-performing team of six Area Sales Managers, each independently responsible for their region. Our customers include grocery stores, gyms and fitness centers, and other out-of-home accounts.
*To Note: Salary range is based in Euros. Candidates should be aware that base salaries will be paid on a monthly basis. Performance-based bonuses are available in addition to base salary.

Responsibilities:
- Increase sales and market share in your designated area
- Enhance customer profitability and satisfaction
- Build relationships with existing customers and proactively acquire new accounts
- Independently manage your territory while collaborating with the wider field sales team
- Travel frequently within your region (approx. 2–3 days per week overnight travel)
Requirements:
- 1+ years of sales experience in Energy Drink (preferred), Beverage, Consumer packaged goods (CPG), or Grocery / Fast-Moving-Consumer-Goods (FMGC) industries
- Background as an Area Sales Manager, Sales Representative, or Merchandiser preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic proficiency in English and MS Office tools
- Valid Category B driver’s license
- Based in or willing to relocate to the Oulu / Vaasa region
