About The Role

We’re looking for a visual-first and creative AI Designer with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through design. In this role, you’ll elevate our brand and product presence across all touchpoints—web, product, social, and video—by crafting visually compelling assets that reflect our creative vision and resonate with our audience. If you’re energized by the intersection of design, motion, and cutting-edge AI, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Own

• You are the design owner and artistic evangelist of the world’s No.1 AI video agent, built for authenticity on social media.
• You take complete ownership and full accountability across the entire design lifecycle, from innovating user interfaces across products, campaigns, content, and branded assets to setting the taste standard for motion graphics and video quality. You lead with strategic clarity and drive cross-functional, global execution to deliver world-leading designs.

Our Ideal PDF (Product-Designer-Fit)

• You’re a generalist and/or a startup hacker:
  • Versatile generalist with several years of hands-on experience not only in design, but also in one of the following domains: product management, AI/engineering, growth hacking, or video creation.
  • You’ve thrived in startups, ideally as an early team member deeply involved in taking a product from 0 to 1.
• You have a crazy growth mindset, striving to grow yourself by 1% every day through extensive reading, continuous learning, and staying open-minded to direct feedback.
• You have a great understanding of SOTA AI models and an intense passion for leveraging them in your design. Bonus points if you’ve vibe-coded cool AI products outside of your day-to-day work.
• You are always comfortable hustling in ambiguity and chaos, and never hesitate to go beyond defined scopes to drive impact.
• You enjoy watching social videos and have a sharp taste of what makes motion and video good, and what makes them great.
