WHAT WE OFFER

Top-Tier Pay for Top Talent – $60K-$72K annually, based on experience, track record, and location.

Performance-Based Bonus – Earn up to 40% more based on your performance

Remote Work Minus The Grind: No graveyard shifts, no endless grind. Just make sure you have at least 3 hours of EST overlap (evenings in Asia).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As our Designer, you’ll report to our Head of Creative and collaborate with the creative team (copywriters, videographers, media buyers, etc.) to produce high-performing marketing assets.

Your responsibilities will include:

– Designing high-converting Facebook ads, landing pages, and funnel graphics to boost lead generation and conversions

– Creating postcards and offline marketing materials (While we may outsource postcard production to a specialist agency, you’ll still need to design the other event marketing assets.)

– Designing assets for lead gen funnels, such as quizzes and downloadable resources

– Developing visually engaging slides for webinars, workshops, and events

– Use marketing data — with our support — to improve your designs (Don’t worry if this is new to you — we’ll guide you!)

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You know your tools. You’re fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software, and your portfolio proves you know how to make designs that stop the scroll and drive action.

You take ownership. You don’t just wait for direction. You bring ideas and solutions and constantly push for better.

You sweat the details. Every asset you create is polished, professional, and aligned with our brand.

You collaborate to win. Great creative happens when design, copy, and strategy come together. And you love working with smart people who challenge you to get better!

You’re willing to let data guide creative decisions. You don’t need to be a data expert — we’ve got one on the team — but you should be willing to learn what’s working and tweak your designs based on that.

 

WHAT EXPERIENCE YOU NEED TO HAVE

✅ 3+ years of experience in marketing-focused design (ads, landing pages, direct mail, events).

✅ A strong portfolio that showcases high-converting designs (especially ads).

✅ Familiarity with the info-product or biz-opp industry is a plus.
