The Role

We’re looking for a high performing Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You’ll lead full-cycle B2B sales efforts—prospecting, consulting, and closing new accounts—while helping shape the culture and standards of our expanding sales team.
You won’t just sell—you’ll help business owners expand their possibilities & build meaningful relationships along the way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and close new B2B accounts through consultative, solution-based selling.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, pitching, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools and process discipline.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Business Development, Customer Success, and Leadership.
  • Lead with integrity, clarity, and professionalism in every client and team interaction.
  • Serve as a performance model and cultural leader for the expanding sales team.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect & Consult: Engage warm leads and current clients through Zoom and phone consultations. Appointments will be booked to your calendar, but your own prospecting is required to supplement our appointments.

• Sell Strategically: Identify pain points, communicate financial solutions, and tailor offerings to client needs.

• Drive Revenue: Enroll multiple new accounts weekly while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

• Own Your Process: Track KPIs, manage your pipeline, and execute consistent follow-up with discipline.

• Collaborate: Work closely with peers, BDRs, and leadership to ensure seamless client transitions and retention.

• Learn & Grow: Participate in feedback sessions, call reviews, and skill development opportunities.

Pre-requisites

  • 3+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience, preferably in financial services or a related industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Strong command of consultative selling, business acumen, and emotional intelligence.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, pipeline management, and structured follow-up routines.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.

What Success Looks Like

Within 3 Months:

  • Booking 2+ qualified appointments daily.
  • Taking 7 qualified appointments daily
  • Enrolling 2 new accounts weekly.
  • Building baseline knowledge of services, compliance, and tax structure.

Within 6 Months:

  • Consistently enrolling 3–5+ accounts weekly (200+ total employees onboarded).
  • Fully owning every stage of the sales process from prospecting to go-live.

Within 12 Months:

  • Managing a large book of business.
  • Consistently exceeding KPIs and setting new revenue records.
  • Recognized as a top performer and culture leader within the sales organization.
