PHOCIS Tech© is hiring a senior B2B fintech marketer to build demand in the Direct & Private Lending space. You’ll own positioning, pipeline creation, marketing automation, and our sales/pitch decks—turning our custody + clearing narrative into booked calls with lender decision-makers.
Comp (first 90 days): Equity “sliver” tied to delivery (no % discussed in public).
After probation: If you deliver and fit the team, we’ll discuss an employee revenue package.
What you’ll own (first 90 days)
1) Positioning + conversion
- Tighten messaging for lender operators (not “startup speak”)
- Build the funnel: LinkedIn → landing page → email nurture → booked calls
- Create core conversion assets: landing pages, email sequences, one-pagers, case-study style writeups
2) Marketing automations + reporting
- Set up lifecycle sequences (onboarding, nurture, reactivation)
- Basic segmentation (persona, stage, source, intent)
- Tracking and reporting you can defend with numbers (open/CTR, booked-call rate, pipeline influence)
3) Sales deck + pitch deck creation (brand-aligned)
- Build/refresh our sales deck(s) and pitch deck(s) using company brand standards
- Create a reusable slide system: layouts, icons, visual language, and “drop-in” modules
- Keep decks tight: operator-grade visuals, clean story, no fluff
Requirements (non-negotiable)
- Banking/fintech fluency (custody, compliance posture, risk, trust, operational controls)
- Proven B2B marketing performance with metrics (pipeline created/influenced, conversion lift, CAC/CPL improvements, etc.)
- Can ship fast: weekly output, tight iteration loops
- References required (founders/operators you delivered for)
