We’re looking for a high performing Account Executive who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You’ll lead full-cycle B2B sales efforts—prospecting, consulting, and closing new accounts—while helping shape the culture and standards of our expanding sales team.
You won’t just sell—you’ll help business owners expand their possibilities & build meaningful relationships along the way.
• Prospect & Consult: Engage warm leads and current clients through Zoom and phone consultations. Appointments will be booked to your calendar, but your own prospecting is required to supplement our appointments.
• Sell Strategically: Identify pain points, communicate financial solutions, and tailor offerings to client needs.
• Drive Revenue: Enroll multiple new accounts weekly while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
• Own Your Process: Track KPIs, manage your pipeline, and execute consistent follow-up with discipline.
• Collaborate: Work closely with peers, BDRs, and leadership to ensure seamless client transitions and retention.
• Learn & Grow: Participate in feedback sessions, call reviews, and skill development opportunities.
