The Product Manager at Coinnex is responsible for owning the product vision, translating business goals into clear product requirements, and ensuring features are delivered on time, usable, and aligned with user needs. This role acts as the bridge between leadership, engineering, design, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with Coinnex’s business objectives
• Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders and users
• Write clear product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Work closely with developers to guide feature implementation and resolve blockers
• Validate product decisions using user feedback, metrics, and testing
• Ensure features are delivered with high usability, performance, and reliability
• Coordinate launches, updates, and internal documentation
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve user experience and product efficiency
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
• Ability to break complex problems into clear, actionable requirements
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with engineering and design teams
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret product metrics
• Familiarity with agile or iterative product development
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in fintech, marketplaces, or SaaS platforms
• Experience with no-code / low-code tools (e.g., Bubble, Webflow, internal tools)
• Prior startup or early-stage product experience
• Experience conducting user interviews and usability testing
