Position Summary

The Customer Care Representative is the first point of contact for our customers — whether in-store, over the phone, or online. This role is responsible for providing excellent service, assisting with inquiries, scheduling service appointments, processing orders, and ensuring every customer leaves with a positive impression of Charlie’s Boat and Marine.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Provide information on products, services, parts, and maintenance options.

Manage and schedule service appointments, coordinating with technicians and sales staff.

Process customer orders, returns, and payments accurately and efficiently.
