We’re hiring a Senior Recruiter (up to Recruiting Lead) to lead the recruiting that scales our companies. This isn’t a support role – it’s the kind of seat where you show what you can do when given real ownership.
Our studio launches one company at a time, deliberately and with conviction. Our first two, Moxie (Series C, $25M ARR) and Meadow (Series A, market leader in LA), are transforming overlooked industries. They also proved that great teams are the difference between good ideas and lasting companies.
You’ll work directly with founders to translate business goals into world-class hires. Working side-by-side with me (Jan), we operate like builders from the inside out.
This is a hands-on role for those who want to see how far great execution can actually go: recruiting that makes companies take off. The hires you make will determine whether our companies win.
Few roles give you this level of exposure to company building. You’ll work at the intersection of business, talent, and strategy: helping shape not just who gets hired, but how teams scale and cultures form.
Role can be hybrid or remote: All companies are remote-first, most of the B&W team is around NYC with a co-working space in Brooklyn.
