The job:
We’re seeking an Account Executive to be the leading force that fuels our growing client relationships at our rapidly growing startup. Our ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, passionate about customer service, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.

The role:

  • Facilitate multiple prospect/client demonstrations daily, with the primary goal of closing new accounts and driving revenue
  • Use common best practices to talk to prospects, understand their needs, build value, identify challenges, and create opportunities
  • Manage various stakeholders and build value for different decision-makers
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects and clients to maintain a healthy pipeline
  • Generate new opportunities through self-sourced leads, in addition to following up on provided leads.
  • Engage current clients to understand their needs and identify Cuseum solutions to address their challenges
  • Drive revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value with existing clients

What we’re looking for:

  • Great written and oral communication skills, both internally and externally
  • A creative, hands-on problem solver
  • A quick study – able to pick up and cope with change quickly
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and “can do” attitude
  • History of selling to and/or working with nonprofits or museums is a plus, but not required.
  • At least 1 year of formal sales experience

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
  • Native proficiency in English written and speaking
  • Comfortable and confident on phone calls
