Company details

Company: Halo Collar
Type de job: Remote
Country: Germany
City: Berlin
Experience: 4 years or more

Description of the offer

At Halo, we’re building technology that strengthens the bond between people and their pets. Our connected ecosystem of smart collars, mobile apps, and digital services helps pet owners create safe environments, build positive habits, and share more adventures with their dogs.

We’re a remote-first company, collaborating across time zones and bringing together passionate, driven individuals who care deeply about the work we do and the customers we serve.

We believe in:

  • Putting customers first — We obsess over delivering meaningful value and great experiences.
  • Operating with accountability — We take ownership of outcomes, not just outputs.
  • Working with focus and intention — We prioritize what matters, communicate clearly, and act decisively.
  • Growing through collaboration — We work together, challenge ideas, and support each other to achieve shared success.

About the Role

We’re looking for a thoughtful, data-driven Product Manager to lead the optimization of our direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce funnel. This role focuses on improving how prospective customers experience our website — from landing pages through to checkout — driving continuous improvements through testing, strong UX practices, and close collaboration with our Marketing and Design teams.

You’ll play a key role in helping us convert more visitors into members by making the path to purchase feel intuitive, efficient, and aligned with our premium brand experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end optimization of our eCommerce funnel: landing pages, product pages, cart, and checkout.
  • Own strategies for improving conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and site performance KPIs.
  • Build and execute A/B testing roadmaps to drive data-informed decisions.
  • Partner closely with Marketing on acquisition strategies to ensure seamless handoff from traffic to transaction.
  • Use analytics to inform prioritization and validate the impact of optimizations.
  • Define and track KPIs related to conversion and checkout performance.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Technical Program Management to deliver improvements on time and within scope.

What You’ll Bring

  • 4+ years of product management experience, ideally within DTC eCommerce.
  • A strong understanding of digital funnels, UX best practices, and conversion optimization strategies.
  • Experience leading A/B testing initiatives and working closely with Design and Data teams.
  • Expertise with Amplitude Analytics, Amplitude Experiment, GA4
  • Analytical mindset with comfort using metrics to drive decisions.
  • Experience collaborating with Marketing teams on acquisition-focused initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills.
  • Success working in remote, distributed teams across time zones.

Perks of the Pack

  • Medical, Dental, and Vision plans
  • Company-paid Long-Term Disability
  • 401k with Company Match
  • Paid Time Off
  • Free Halo gear + Product Testing Opportunities
  • Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
  • Be part of a mission-driven, dog-loving team
  • We provide competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base salary, incentives, and benefits.
