Casca is building AGI for banking. We’re replacing decades-old legacy systems with AI-native technology that automates 90% of the manual work humans once had to do. We were founded by a world-class team of banking & AI experts from Stanford, MIT, and Y Combinator. As our founding PM, you’ll define and drive Casca’s end-to-end product development. We’re not just building features—we’re creating an entirely new way for banks to operate. You’ll collaborate directly with our business & engineering team to transform complex AI capabilities into elegant solutions that make legacy banking systems obsolete. This is a rare opportunity to shape a category-defining product at the intersection of AI and finance.

What you’ll do:

1. Lead End-to-End Product Development

• Oversee the product development lifecycle from concept to release, ensuring alignment with Casca’s strategic goals.
• Define clear product roadmaps based on stakeholder input and user feedback.
• Drive product development with subject matter experts and designer partners.
• Lead feature release management & user training materials.

• Champion user-centric design by ensuring products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet the highest quality standards.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into simple, transparent user experiences that delight customers.
  1. Strategize & Innovate
• Drive the product vision and strategy by thinking outside the box to deliver AI-native solutions that set new industry standards.
• Continuously explore emerging technologies and industry trends to keep Casca ahead of the curve.
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver a best-in-class product experience.
• Facilitate effective communication and coordination across teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.

What you’ll bring:

• Experience: 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment, preferably delivered customer-facing AI technology or financial service products.
• Technical background: Degree in Computer Science or experience as an engineer preferred
• AI & Financial Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with AI, machine learning, and/or financial services is highly desirable.
• Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think creatively, innovate, and challenge the status quo to develop unique, differentiated products.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across diverse teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple priorities, pivot quickly, and thrive in a dynamic startup environment.

As an early-stage company building at the frontier of AI, we work with high intensity and commitment. While schedules can vary by role/team, many weeks will demand extra focus, flexibility and time particularly during major launches and high impact sprints. We’re seeking those who are aligned to and able to commit to that expectation which includes 5 days per week in our San Francisco Office.
